Information on Renting the Bijou:

- The Bijou can be rented for parties, meetings, etc. most weekdays and some Saturdays. Events must be scheduled to end before 4 to 4:30pm. (Saturday afternoons after 2pm in the winter are usually reserved for regular film screenings.)
- Sundays are also usually available for events ending by 2 to 2:30pm.
- Other times MAY be available on a case by case basis.
- RATES vary with the day, time and nature of the event. Use of video projector and other equipment is included in the rental. Any film or video (tape, DVD, etc.) is the responsibility of the person renting the facility.
- Corporate and events at which admission/donation is sought -- Email for details. Be sure to include "RENTAL" in the subject line.
- Meetings and private parties (birthdays, anniversarys, and the like) -- $100 the first hour, $75/hour thereafter.
- Children's birthday parties -- $75 the first hour, $50/hour thereafter.
- For very small gatherings (6-8 people maximum) the "VIDEO DEN" is available days or evenings for rates varying from $20 to $40 an hour.
- All rentals must be paid for before the event. Any non-agreed upon terms are subject to change.
